With all of this extra time we have at home, it’s a great time to get in the kitchen & try out some new recipes! 👩🏼‍🍳 I wanted to share a few that we’ve whipped up recently if you’re looking for some inspiration! 🤗 pictured here is my newest recipe: cashew chicken with spicy almond sauce + @eatbanza rice + roasted broccoli. SO DELISH! You can adjust the sides based on what you have on hand! 💯 Other meal ideas: •Baked cauliflower Mac & cheese (we used @eatbanza pasta for this too and it turned out great)! 🧀 •Baked salmon with roasted Brussels sprouts & sweet potatoes (roasted veggie how-to on my blog) 🍠🥦 •Veggie flatbreads - can use all frozen veggies for toppings if needed 🍕 •Honey whole wheat banana bread using ripe bananas I had on hand! 🍌🍞 •homemade chia jam using frozen mixed berries 🍓🍇🍒 •this week I wanna attempt homemade tomato soup with grilled cheese using @cabotcheese 🤩🍅🧀🍞 •today I’m planning to make black bean brownies bc I have all the ingredients! 🍫 •spaghetti squash with roasted veggies, shrimp & pesto 🍝🍤 What have you been cooking lately?!
